2017 Festival


Arts in Bartlett is ramping up its annual Arts Festival this by moving from a juried fine arts fair to one with a global focus. The new Global Arts Festival June 24-25 in Bartlett Park from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. will celebrate the diverse cultures within our community through multicultural music, art, crafts, dance, food, and audience participation events. We are soliciting ideas for specific events and participation by  groups that represent different cultures, artists with multicultural arts and crafts, free trade shops, performers, food vendors and sponsors wo want to reach a diverse audience.

Booth applications

If you have been in our previous arts festivals and your art represents another country, you are welcome to apply for a booth spaces. We are also looking for new booth exhibitors with original art and crafts, free trade shops or individuals who sell goods from other countries (jewelry, textiles, fabric, ceramics, etc.), food items, beer, wine,  coffees, teas, chocolate, cheese, breads. Ethnic nonprofit groups are also welcome and no charge for those who are providing information only and not selling objects.  Click here to dowload Booth Application. Payment button is below.


Entertainment application 

We are seeking musicians,dancers, singers and other entertainment. Dancers or others who can lead an activity to allow the audience to learn a dance, drumming etc. are especially encouraged to share their talent and culture with others.Click here to download Entertainment Application. 

Activity application 

We want this festival to be highly participative. If you can lead a short activity on the stage or in the Log Cabin  so visitors can learn for example, Japanese flower arranging, cooking ethnic foods, using spices, teach a few yoga, karate, tai chi moves, square dancing, belly dancing, Irish or Scottish steps, writing in Chinese, making oragami, tole painting, masks, Mexican flowers, a cultural ritual, or do henna art, we want to hear from you. Food Vendor application 

We prefer food vendors and food trucks or local restaurants specializing in ethnic foods but will consider others as long as it does not duplicate food offered by other vendors. We limit the number of food vendors. The earlier you commit and we receive your payment; the better we are able to serve your interest. The commercial food vendor’s fee is $150 for a 10x10 space which includes both Saturday and Sunday.  For nonprofit vendor pricing, contact art@artsinbartlett.org. Download the applicationn here.
