Artists to pick up art from “All Creatures Great and Small” exhibit and deliver new art for “Timbre” Exhibit

It’s hard to believe that we only have one month left for the popular “All Creatures Great & Small” exhibit. If you have works in that show, please come pick them up Tuesday or Thursday Oct. 31 or Nov. 2 from 10 to 5 or call Cecilia For other arrangements. We would like to have them all stay up through Saturday, Oct. 28 when more than 200 people will be coming by during Halloween Fest.

The works for the new show “Timbre: the Color of Sound” should also be delivered during those two days. They will be hung on Friday, Nov. 3 and the artist reception for “Timbre” will be Nov. 10 at 7 p.m.  Timbre is the character or quality of a musical sound or voice as distinct from its pitch and intensity. Interpret this however you'd like! Find your inspiration in music, musicians, and musical instruments. Let your creative juices take over and bring us something unique for the Nov/Dec/Jan exhibit.
