The first jurying has been completed for entries in by the April 5 deadline nd a few spots remain for the 12th Annual Bartlett Arts Festival produced by Arts in Bartlett, June 28-29, 2014, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The juried arts festival accepts the work of returning and new artists in a wide range of 2-D and 3-D media, including paintings, photography, fiber, sculpture, glass, jewelry, wood and more.
to get in on the 2nd jurying, first contact Cecilia Green to make sure the applications are still open. The application includes three digital images of the work to be offered at the Arts Festival and one image of the artist’s booth. The late jury fee is $45 and $125 for a 10x10 space for accepted artists before May 1 and $150 after May 1. Artist notification for the 1st jury is April 15 and payment due May 1.
The Arts Festival is in a beautiful shaded park just north of quaint downtown Bartlett. A breakfast for artists is served both mornings in the air conditioned Log Cabin, which also serves as an artist lounge throughout the two days. Food vendors, wine/beer tent, children’s art activities, and entertainment stage are features of the Arts Festival.
